Well more like armfuls but that doesn’t have the same ring to it!  I have four purple sprouting broccoli plants this year, possibly two too many but I’m enjoying discovering new recipes and ways to eat it.  The most recent combined the PSB with kale in a salad with borlotti beans and a lemon, garlic dressing – very yummy.

Tonight’s pairing is more traditional – liver, bacon and mashed potato.
