The sweetcorn is really, REALLY feeling at home in the polytunnel. When I look at this mini corn field, I have to keep reminding myself that it’s not yet June.
The climbing french beans have also settled in nicely and don’t want to be left out.
The melons are still in the greenhouse, waiting for the first early potatoes to vacate the polytunnel and me to build a sturdy climbing frame for them.
My polytunnel envy is growing and growing! I’m thinking some kind of mini-polytunnel (or maybe micro) – I have a space about 4’x6′ that could have something on it. Probably some kind of DIY. Melons……. 🙂
I’m just about to put myself back on the waiting list for another half plot, so I can have a polytunnel, yours is inspiring!
wow looks great !
What a difference, the sweet corn and French climbing bean seeds that I sowed a week ago have just appeared. xx
If there was an elephant around – he could only just peer over it! Lovely
