I’ve been able to pick enough peonies – all Duchess de Nemours to fill my favourite green jug. I’ve added a single white Perfumella rose and a couple of Chandos Beauty. Some springs of alchemilla mollis, which is particularly zingy at present.

Ideally the peonies should have been cut a few days ago, but life happened.
Ramble over to Cathy’s to meet the rest of the arrangers and their fabulous vases.

This is so elegant. My Roses and Peonies are not quite blooming yet, but it’s a special time of year when they do. The Peony foliage and Alchemilla mollis sprigs add the magic touch. Lovely.
White blooms always look so elegant, don’t they? We are lucky you had so many of the peony blooms to share with us, and with some pretty roses too. I know alchemilla seeds around, but I wouldn’t be without it!
That’s one beautiful and graceful arrangement, Sharon!
